“Älpler-Zmorge” – Alp Brunch on Parpan on July 25

They are 8 weeks into transhumance on Alp Parpan, and they are looking forward to one of the highlights: On July 25, between 9 am and noon there will be the famous “Älpler-Zmorge”, a brunch with all the goodies from the operation. It’s part of the Älpler-Festival.

On May 15, Parpan welcomed their new cheesemaker, Dario Burgener.
Lots of firewood and dandelions as far as the eye can see.
Chickens seek shelter from the heat.
The milking station is ready.
