Over 300 people introduced to Adopt-an-Alp

The Adopt-an-Alp® program had another strong appearance: More than 300 people visited the “Invisible Dog Art Center” in Brooklyn on Tuesday, October 29 and attended the “Swiss-French Cheesy Battle”. Amongst cheeses from both countries, they got to taste “Alpkäse” and were thoroughly introduced by Caroline to the program that supports transhumance. Together with cheese expert and acclaimed author Max McCalman she also provided the visitors with samples of classics like Gruyère AOP aged for 18 months and Alpsbrinz AOP (36 months).

The event was organized by the Swiss and the French Embassies in New York City.
