Taxation of Glarner Alpkäse AOP

As a start to her Switzerland trip Caroline could join an “intimate” circle. On Monday, October 9, she was invited to the taxation of the Glarner Alpkäse AOP 2017 at the Glarona headquarters. A panel of six, including Glarona director Heinz Trachsel and cheese maker Fritz Tschudi from Alp Heuboden, thouroughly tasted, felt and inspected the wheels from all the Alps.
