The first cheese delivery

“This is a special day for a cheese maker and one’s heart is jumping”, says Ursi Marti-Kamer from Berglialp. With plenty of milk there is plenty of cheese. And on Wednesday they brought their first delivery of Glarner Alpkäse to the aging cellar of the AOP in the town of Glarus.
